  • No two massages are the same. We understand that some areas may need extra care and attention, and that every body is different. Our therapists draw on a deep understanding of muscular anatomy and Swedish massage techniques to create a one-of-a-kind experience tailored to you. This treatment helps to relax, release tension, and restore balance. For optimal results, we recommend this on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

  • The primary aim of this treatment is to help rehabilitate body and muscles that are in need of attention. Although it is generally of firmer pressure, all pressure used is carefully tailored to each individuals requirements and tolerance levels. It is suitable for anyone suffering from occupational or sports injuries, muscle soreness from prolong desk use or general stiffness from lifestyle habits.

  • Our physiotherapy is a of non-invasive form of treatment that addresses sports and work related musculo-skeletal injuries. While the cause of sports related injuries is obvious the likes of ligament and tendon problems however with the increasing long working hours in our modern society, desk related injuries are on the rise. Back, neck and shoulder pains are the common injuries. We provide diagnosis and bespoke therapeutic Manual therapy and exercises.

  • Our osteopathy treatment offers a holistic approach which focus on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together. Our treatment aims to gently restore function using a wide variety of techniques including massage, mobilisation and manipulation. Exercise, ergonomic and lifestyle advice. We work on root of the problems rather than fixing the consequences.

  • We help relieve pregnancy related aches and pains resulting from the physical demands of changes to your body during and after pregnancy, preparing the pelvis for birth and postural advice which includes help to relieve pelvic and low back pain and restore postural biomechanics.

    This treatment will also help relief neck and shoulder pain.

  • Shockwave therapy is a non-surgical treatment, and works by delivering impulses of energy, targeted to specific damaged tissues within the abnormal tendon. This increases the blood flow within the affected area, stimulating cell regeneration and healing, and decreasing local factors which can cause pain. Highly effective treatment available for patients with plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow and shoulder pain.

  • For expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters, massage is a natural way to relieve tension and relax both body and mind. Our therapists use a special combination of carefully adapted massage techniques to ease discomfort, increase energy levels, and relieve overall tightness and pain – all while ensuring the comfort and safety of you and your child. 

    Please be aware that we do not recommend pregnancy massage during the first trimester.

  • This gentle yet powerful treatment applies massage and acupressure techniques to the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp, and face. The upper body is massaged (with or without oil, according to preference) to stimulate lymphatic drainage, help remove toxins, improve circulation, and release stress. This can be an additional add-on to our other treatments.

  • Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialised massage technique that helps stimulate the lymphatic system and encourages the flow of lymph fluid. This encourages lymph to drain out of the affected area into an area that drains normally. All our therapist are specially trained. MLD massage can reduce swelling and improve circulation throughout the lymphatic system.

  • Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is a safe and soothing treatment where our Reiki master aims to balance the energy fields in and around your body. Reiki helps you to heal and relax on a physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual level. Reiki can be used alongside our signature or pregnancy massage.

  • Medical massage (by Yucel) is outcome-based treatment. In addition to stress relief and relaxation, a medical massage focuses on manage pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, relieve nerve compression, improve digestion, increase flexibility or treat other health care concerns. It usually includes a recommendation for a series of timed visits and follow ups.
